Pay As You Paint

The easiest way to paint. Just pop in for a couple of hours. Pick a piece you would like to paint from our extensive range and we’ll show you how to paint it to best effect. Whilst you’re painting there’s complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits or soft drinks available.

You pay for the cost of the piece (anything from £4 for something simple to £40 for some of our really ambitious pieces) plus a session fee of £6.00* (this covers the glaze paints you use, the services of our staff and the firing of your piece).

Most pieces requiring firing upon completion and are usually available for collection 7-14 days later. If you want to take something away with you on the day some items can be painted in stains but cannot be washed so are unsuitable for items such as plates, mugs and vases.
Pay-as-you-Paint is available during all opening hours subject to space being available – or think about a special Group Evening.

After School Painting

During school term time only on Monday and Tuesday, between 3 and 6 p.m. session fees are half price (£3.00). Advance booking essential.

(Members of Village Ceramics Painting Academy already entitled to half-price session fees pay only £1.00 session fee!)
