Village Ceramic Shop

Charlotte Kemp founded Village Ceramics after leaving college in 1997 and over the years we have grown to be one of the largest and most experienced studios in the Surrey and South London area.

What is unique about Village Ceramics is that we still manufacture a lot of our pieces ourselves and can therefore offer a far wider range of ceramics than most studios. We are also one of the first studios in the UK to also provide an extensive range of mosaics.

We have the capacity for up to 40 guests at any time and pride ourselves in the help and guidance we provide.

This web site provides information about our studio, the many different activities and services that we offer, and of course, some background about who we are!

To contact us, either telephone the studio directly or email

We do hope you enjoy your visit and come back soon!

Village Ceramics grants a wish for Aaron

Six year old Aaron, who suffers from a congenital heart defect, recently visited Village Ceramics with his twin brother Scott and sisters Abbie and Stephanie.

Organised by the charity Make a Wish, Aaron was driven to Village Ceramics in a white stretch limousine and spent a couple of hours painting ceramics with his family. Aaron, who is a fan of Michael Schumacher, painted a gold racing car.

The Make a Wish Foundation (LINK www.make-a-wish.org.uk) is based in Camberley Surrey and grants wishes for children and young people aged 3 to 17 with life-threatening illnesses. Over 4,000 wishes have been granted over the past 20 years.

Lots of fun to be had!
