Georgiee’s collection makes it onto the catwalk at the clothes show!!

Pudsey Bear Fund Raising a huge success !!

Charlotte wishes to thank all of her customers and the two local surrey schools and the local rainbow and brownie groups for supporting the Children In Need Pudsey Bear painting appeal.

So far over 250 children have painted their very own glazed Pudsey Bear, and you can still come in and paint one while stocks last, all children receive a certificate,ribbon and a window sucker to hang their Pudsey Bear proudly in their bedroom window.

The amount we have raised will be on the Website at the end of November once the appeal has finished.

Georgiee gets the break she so deserve’s !!!

Charlotte and all the family want to say big congratulations to Georgiee (her youngest sister) who has just landed a freelance designer’s job in John Lewis’s head office in London, Charlotte wishes her every success for the future and thanks her for all her continued help within the studio.

Christmas 2009 at Village Ceramics

Village Ceramics is proud to announce our ‘Kids Christmas’ parties which are organised for Monday 21st December 4pm-6.30pm.  I’m afraid that the party on Tuesday 22nd December is already fully booked.

Party food is included, with a choice of a Santa, Snowman, Reindeer piece at a cost of £20 per child, booking essential as spaces are already limited.

We have christmas painting fun planned for all the family – available on Monday 21^st Dec, Tues 22^nd Dec, Weds 23^rd dec and also after Christmas on Monday 28^th Dec, Tues 29^th Dec, Weds 30^th Dec 10-5.30pm, again booking essential.

Other news…

Children In Need at Village Ceramics saw over 200 children painting their own glazed Pudsey Bear .  We visited two surrey schools and had brownie and rainbow groups visit.

Deadlines for pieces for Christmas 2009

The last day to paint any glazed pieces that have a chance to be ready for Christmas is Wednesday 16th December (we will always do our best to get urgent pieces fired in time but ceramics is not an exact science and nothing can be guaranteed 100%).

Precious print Foot and Hand print pieces are to be booked in advance and by Friday 4th December in order to have them in time for Christmas.

As the weekends are often fully booked weeks in advance, please don’t forget you can paint on a Wednesday or Friday afterschool and it’s a half price session fee (£3 each instead of £6)!

Opening hours in December 2009 extended

Our opening hours for December 2009 period are:

Monday 7-10pm
Tuesday 10-2pm
Wednesday 3-6pm
Thursday 10-6pm
Friday 10-6pm
Saturday 10-5.30pm
Sunday 11-5pm.

As always, booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Our last day of opening is Wednesday 23rd December 10-5.30pm then we are closed for Christmas and we re-open on Monday 28th December.

Inbetween Christmas and New year, we are open Tuesday 29th December, Wednesday 30th December at 10-5.30pm, then we close on Thursday 31st December and the 1st January to re-open on Saturday 2nd January 2010 at 10am.
